Dolly's security guard nephew threatening estate managers, lawsuit says - The Tennessean

A dispute over late music legend Dolly Parton's estate has made its way into court in Nashville.

Parton's long-time manager, who runs the company entrusted with managing Parton's professional property and business interests , says Parton's nephew is carrying out a campaign of threats, harassment and intimidation against Parton's staff, partners and legal advisors and others.

The nephew, Bryan Seaver, says he worked for private military contractors overseas during the Iraq War. He has "invoked that military and mercenary background while threatening" those running the LLC managing Parton's estate, the lawsuit states.
