Stella Parton, one of Dolly’s 11 siblings, revealed the touching move in a tribute shared to her Facebook page on Thursday. The legendary musician died two days earlier on August 25 aged 80 following a brief cancer battle.

“My big sister Dolly got her wings this past Tuesday,” Stella began.
“If anyone gets to heaven I’m sure she made it right on time.
“I know she’s showing out big time, in all her sparkles and shine. That was my sister’s way.”
It was then she revealed that Dolly – known for her charitable endeavours – vowed to help others right until the very end.
