Dolly Parton's estate has filed a lawsuit against her nephew. Here's what's happened so far

The estate of the late Dolly Parton has filed a lawsuit and restraining order against her nephew, Bryan Seaver. The legal action follows Seaver's termination from his security role at Parton's properties amid allegations of intimidation and threats.
Why it matters
High-profile estate disputes involving family members often highlight the complexities of managing large celebrity assets and the potential for internal conflict.
At its heart, the dispute appears to be about — what else? — money.
Forbes estimated that Parton, whose death from cancer was announced on Aug. 25 , had a net worth of $450 million US.
While neither she nor her late husband Carl Dean had any children, Parton did have a large family — 11 siblings (six of whom are still alive), at least 12 nephews and nieces, according to People magazine , and even some great-nephews and -nieces.
She’s Alive, LLC is the name of the entity created to manage and protect Parton’s estate. It’s run by her longtime manager Danny Nozell.
The estate has also filed a lawsuit and restraining order against Seaver, the family member Parton had handpicked to announce her death.
