DME conducts stray round of counselling for 43 seats in super speciality courses

The Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education (DME) and Research is conducting a stray round of counselling for super speciality (DM/MCh) courses for in-service candidates to fill 43 vacant seats. Of the 43 vacant seats, 10 seats are in DM Neurology, MCh Cardio Vascular and Thoracic Surgery and MCh Paediatric Surgery, and seven seats in MCh Neuro Surgery.

The committee, in a notification, had said that the qualifying percentile for the stray round of super speciality 2025 counselling was lowered to the 30th percentile by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. Earlier this week, it called for online applications for the stray round of counselling.
