DJIBOUTI, Aug. 11, 2026 – Djibouti's National Office of Water and Sanitation (ONEAD) has signed a partnership agreement with French engineering company SOC to train staff, state news agency ADI reported on Monday. The agreement was signed by ONEAD Director General Mohamed Fouad Abdo and SOC President Benoît Poinsot.
