DJI Mic Mini 2S price, spec’s and availability announced

DJI has released the Mic Mini 2S, which adds internal 32-bit float recording and AI-based noise cancellation to its compact wireless microphone series. The device is aimed at creators who require protection against audio clipping and signal loss during production.
Why it matters
The integration of advanced audio processing and local storage into small-form-factor hardware reflects a broader trend of professionalizing entry-level creator tools.
DJI has launched the DJI Mic Mini 2S, a compact wireless microphone system that adds one of the features creators have been waiting for: internal recording. Each transmitter can record 32-bit float audio, giving you a local backup when a wireless connection drops or sound levels change unexpectedly.
This is the first model in DJI’s miniature Mic series to offer internal recording. It follows the recently released Mic Mini 2, retaining the small, wearable design while moving closer to the capabilities of DJI’s more advanced microphone systems. Our DJI Mic Mini 2 review explains why the existing model works well for lightweight creator setups, while the new 2S should appeal to anyone who needs more protection against lost or clipped audio.
