LUBAO, Pampanga — Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon inspected the overflowing Sto. Cristo Dam in Lubao, Pampanga, amid continuous heavy rains that caused the Gumain River to swell and contributed to flooding in parts of Barangay Sto. Cristo. The overflow was linked to the accumulation of logs and other debris that obstructed the flow of water in the dam.
