NOIDA: A 28-year-old software engineer died by suicide after jumping from the balcony of a 41st-floor Airbnb in Supernova in Sector 94 on Saturday morning.A team of AC mechanics working at a nearby flat spotted him hanging from the balcony railing and tried to persuade him to step back. He allegedly told them he was "depressed", before jumping off the edge.Police identified the man as Sambhav Jain, a resident of IMT Manesar who worked for a private company in Gurgaon. He had checked into the Airbnb in Spira tower alone around 3pm on Friday and ordered food online that evening.Two videos of the incident have emerged. One, recorded by a resident of the 17th floor of another tower, shows Jain falling off the balcony.
