‘District Police Library opens for aspirants preparing for competitive exams

A library with comprehensive study materials for competitive examinations has been created in the District Police Office.
Superintendent of Police Vishwesh Balasubramaniam Shastri inaugurated on Saturday the ‘District Police Library’, which would be immensely helpful for candidates, particularly the youth from disadvantaged families, preparing for a range of competitive examinations including civil services, banking services examinations.
Apart from the reference materials from a range of subjects and topics, the library functioning between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. also has internet facility.
