NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday congratulated the Indian contingent for its impressive campaign at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, praising the athletes for their determination, dedication and skill after the country finished fourth in the medals table with 39 medals.Taking to X after the conclusion of the 11-day sporting extravaganza, the Prime Minister lauded India's medal winners and said their performances would inspire the next generation of athletes."Proud of our contingent's performance at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
