Kalasalingam University celebrated its 102nd Founder's Day, distributing research and teaching awards to faculty and academic awards to students, and releasing its Annual Research Report 2025. Separately, G.T.N. Arts College hosted a seminar on climate change mitigation, Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology organized a student induction program, and V.V.Vanniaperumal College for Women held competitions on Bharathiyar's works for school students.

Kalasalingam University, Krishnankoil, celebrated its 102 nd Founder’s Day.
Pro-chancellor S. Arivazhagi Sridaran presided. Research incentives of ₹33.5 lakh were distributed to 149 faculty members, while 65 received Research Competency Awards for funded projects, patents and consultancy. Teaching Excellence Awards were presented to 40 faculty members.
Academic awards were also given to the top three rank-holders among 350 students. The Annual Research Report 2025 was released on the occasion.

Departments of Social Work and BBA, along with the Environment Club of G.T.N. Arts College, organised a one-day seminar on ‘Climate Change Mitigation’. Nearly 100 students and faculty members participated.
Rev. Fr. Mathew SDB, Director and Principal, Don Bosco Media Academy, Tiruchi, spoke on the causes and impacts of climate change. Principal P. Ravichandran urged students to adopt sustainable lifestyles and contribute to environmental conservation.
