Diamonds disappointed Commonwealth Games netball clashes are only live on Channel Seven's streamer
Australian netball fans and players have expressed disappointment that the national team's Commonwealth Games matches are being relegated to a streaming service rather than being broadcast on Seven Network's main television channels. Despite the team's success, the network has prioritized other programming for linear broadcast.

The reigning netball gold medallists kicked off with dominant wins by a combined 80 goals on Saturday and Sunday, but neither match was carried live on any of Seven Network's linear television channels.
The 99-38 victory over Tonga and 66-47 win over England were only shown live on streaming service 7Plus, while Seven carried the swimming heats.
For Sunday's prime-time match against rivals and 2018 champions the Roses, Seven aired 2021 Ryan Reynolds film Free Guy on Mate, and crime drama Vera on TWO.
