Actor Akshaye Khanna has made a major real estate investment in Mumbai. The actor has purchased a luxury apartment in the city's prestigious Malabar Hill area for Rs 33.26 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra website. This takes the combined area to 2,516.84 sq ft (233.82 sq m).The apartment also includes three parking units.
