The DFA said the Provisional Understanding covers only personnel rotation and resupply missions to the BRP Sierra Madre.
The department stressed that the arrangement was crafted without prejudice to the 2016 Arbitral Award.
The DFA said 15 RORE missions have been conducted without incident, with planning and execution handled by the AFP and PCG.
