Development works worth ₹1.30 lakh crore underway in Andhra, says Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan has announced that Panchayat Raj, Rural Development and Rural Water Supply (RWS) Departments are undertaking development works worth ₹1.30 lakh crore across the State.
He was addressing the gathering during the launch of the ‘Palle Panduga 3.0’ at Kakolluvaripalli village in Varikuntapadu mandal of SPSR Nellore district on Tuesday.
“With the cooperation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and under the leadership of Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, we are now set to drive rural development forward on a massive scale through the coordination of the Central and State governments. We are accelerating development works in rural areas through initiatives such as ‘Palle Panduga’ and ‘Jala Jeevan Mission - Amarajeevi Jaladhara’ programmes with an outlay of ₹50,000 crore,” he said.
