Derby County boss gives updates on trio of injury problems following defeat to West Ham

Derby County manager John Eustace provided injury updates on players Eiran Cashin, Bobby Clark, and Filip Bilbija following a loss to West Ham. The team is currently managing several fitness issues as new players adapt to the Championship league.
Why it matters
Player availability and injury management are key factors in the competitive performance of professional football clubs.
Derby boss John Eustace has explained why Eiran Cashin missed the Rams' defeat to West Ham following his season-long loan move from Brighton.
Cashin was absent from the squad because of an ankle problem which had also kept him out of action during his final weeks at Brighton.
"Eiran's struggling a little bit with his ankle," Eustace said. "I think he's missed the last couple of weeks at Brighton, so hopefully he'll be joining in at some point this week."
