Deputy Speaker and Ministers visit missing fisher’s home

Ministers Bindhu Krishna and P.C. Vishnunadh have said that special measures will be taken to significantly improve sea rescue operations. The declaration was made after the Ministers visited the residence of Gautam Krishna, a fisher who went missing at sea, to express their condolences and offer support to his grieving family members.

During the visit, the Ministers added that state-of-the-art systems for weather forecasting and emergency rescue operations would be implemented, serving as a model for the entire nation. They also revealed plans to formulate comprehensive projects focused on ensuring coastal security and preventing coastal erosion. Reassuring the family that intensive search and rescue efforts are actively continuing, the Ministers affirmed that the government will extend all necessary support to them.
