Addis Ababa, July 31, 2026 (FMC) — Ethiopia is advancing efforts to modernize government services through technology, innovation, and institutional improvements, with faster and more transparent service delivery remaining a key priority, Deputy Prime Minister Temesgen Truneh said.
Mr. Temesgen said the ongoing government service reform is already bringing improvements in how citizens access public services, with people-centered Mesob one-stop services expanding across cities and addressing long-standing complaints.
