Delhi trekker found dead in 400m gorge in Ukhand’s Chopta while trying to take photo

DEHRADUN: A 26-year-old woman from Delhi’s Shahdara area, who went missing on Sunday afternoon during a solo trip to Uttarakhand’s Chopta, was found dead on Monday in a 400 m-deep gorge below Ravan Shila along the Chopta-Tungnath trekking route.Police suspect she slipped and fell while trying to take a photograph.The victim, Pooja Sahni, had left Delhi on Sept 19, telling her family she was going out to look for a job.
