The 49-day period, marred with voters’ confusion , low awareness, and conflicting information among Booth Level Officers (BLOs) , has divided Delhi’s 1.45 crore electors into different categories depending on whether their enumeration forms (EF) were collected and verified, whether their details could be mapped to the previous SIR roll, and whether discrepancies were found in their forms.
