A Delhi court on Wednesday refused to declare Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Satyendar Jain's arrest by Delhi's Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) as illegal. .Special Judge (PC Act) Digvinay Singh of the Rouse Avenue Courts rejected Jain's application in this regard and sent him to judicial custody.
