More than 100 more people have been pulled alive from mud and debris after flash floods devastated parts of Nepal, rescue workers said.
The death toll in Nepal and neighbouring China has now passed 1,000.
It was earlier reported that a British man was among those rescued today, but it has since been confirmed that the British national was involved in assisting with search efforts.
