Even though Spurs scored their first goal of the season against Premier League opposition when Conor Gallagher headed home 20 minutes from time, Spurs were unable to earn their second win so far.
De Zerbi assessed the performance after the match.
"We have to shoot more times, we have to shoot better, we have to finish better in clear situations," he said. "We are sorry for the result, disappointed, frustrated for the result,. I think it was unfair, but we have to accept it and be stronger than this unlucky moment.
