Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Kisii Central, in conjunction with fraud investigators from Mogo Auto Ltd, have dismantled a phone theft and hacking operation in Kisii town that was concealed behind a legitimate-looking phone repair business.
