Warner had returned a positive result for alcohol after he was stopped for a roadside test in Sydney on April 5.During a secondary test at the police station, the 39-year-old was seen to have more than double the legal blood alcohol limit. Warner's sentence has been set down for August 18. "He knows what he did was wrong," Hill had previously said. "He accepts that was a reckless decision, a foolish decision to get in his car instead of taking an Uber."
