Anti-migrant activist Daniel Thomas has appeared in court charged with entering a restricted zone at a migrant processing centre in Dover.
The 37-year-old, also known as Danny Tommo, is accused of committing the offence on 31 March, according to court documents.
Thomas is further accused of using threatening words or behaviour in the Kent town on 1 April and obstructing a person engaged in a lawful activity on 6 April.
He is also charged with entering or remaining in Dover Docks without having lawful business or permission, the documents say.
