LOS ANGELES -- The music of top-selling artist Mariah Carey was the center of the celebration for week four of "Dancing with the Stars." All three judges, Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli, thought it was the best night they've seen so far with plenty of breakthrough routines.
Here's a list of the judges' scores, from highest to lowest:
Maura Higgins and Mark Ballas perform a waltz to "If It's Over." Carrie Ann said she got emotional watching their artistry and she felt transported. Derek called it a classic waltz with no gimmicks or tricks, just beautiful, pure ballroom dancing. Bruno said Maura has royal poise and the dance was gorgeous. Scores: 9, 8, 8, 25 out of 30
