Dak Adalat to be held by Tamil Nadu Postal Circle

The Tamil Nadu Postal Circle will conduct a ‘Dak Adalat’ at the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Mount Road Head Post Office Complex, Anna Salai, Chennai, as part of the ‘Dak Sewa Jan Sewa’ initiative.

Customers of the 11,745 post offices serving Tamil Nadu and the Union Territory of Puducherry can participate in the Adalat and submit feedback on improving customer satisfaction and the quality of postal services.

Customers can send their feedback to E. Sundareswari, Assistant Director (CS, Inspection & Philately), Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Tamil Nadu Circle, Chennai – 600 002, by September 18.
