Nigeria's Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, is currently under fire following the death of his personal physiotherapist, Mary Habila, in controversial circumstances. In a statement on Saturday, Francis Nweze, Senior Special Assistant to Umahi, confirmed Habila's death. According to the minister, Habila and Miss Anita Baski are employees of the David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences, Uburu, who had been on secondment to the Federal Ministry of Works as physiotherapists for the past three years. Umahi had called for an autopsy to ascertain the cause of Habila's death. However, it was gathered that the family declined the move amid controversy surrounding their daughter's demise.
