D4vd eligible for death penalty as prosecutors review Celeste Rivas murder case

Singer D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, could face the death penalty if he is found guilty in the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. On July 27, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office said Burke is legally eligible for the death penalty because of the charges against him. However, prosecutors have not yet decided if they will ask for that punishment. The decision will come later as the case moves forward.
