Cyprus industrial production rose 1.1% in July

--> Industrial production in Cyprus increased by 1.1% in July 2026 compared with June, while the figure fell by 0.3% across the European Union and by 0.1% in the euro area. Cyprus Mail cites Eurostat data.

July's growth in Cyprus followed declines in industrial production of 1.4% in June and 0.4% in May. The indicator fell by 2.4% in February, rose by 1.6% in March, and remained unchanged in April.

In the EU, the decline in industrial production in July was the second consecutive monthly fall: it decreased by 0.1% in June. In the euro area, the indicator also fell by 0.1% after an identical decline a month earlier.
