Add preferred source Israeli data security company Cyera has raised $400 million from Goldman Sachs Alternatives as an extension of its Series G round, bringing its 2026 fundraising to $1.4 billion and total capital to more than $2 billion. The company's valuation stands above $12 billion, up from $3 billion in 2024. Cyera plans to use the capital to develop AI security products such as Agent Guardian and Cyera Endpoint, expand into the U.S. federal market, and grow in EMEA and Asia-Pacific. The company recently completed its $1 billion acquisition of Oasis Security to add non-human identity management. Cyera, founded in 2021 by Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan, employs more than 1,500 people across 18 countries.
