The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) continued its enforcement drive against unauthorised constructions on Wednesday, by carrying out 25 demolitions and serving four notices to owners of the structures.
The demolition followed field-level inspections conducted by CMC enforcement teams as part of the ongoing efforts to ensure compliance with building regulations.
According to the CMC, enforcement teams identified 21 unauthorised constructions during the day for necessary action. The demolition drive was carried out across the corporation’s three zones.
The Serilingampally zone accounted for 10 demolitions followed by eight in Quthbullapur zone and seven in the Kukatpally zone.
