Customers urged to complete banking transactions by September 25 in view of nationwide strike

Indian Bank, the lead bank in Puducherry, has appealed to customers to complete all banking transactions by September 25 in view of the nationwide strike called by Union Forum of Bank Unions on September 28, 29 and 30.

A communication from the bank said customers should complete all important banking transactions by September 25 to avoid any inconvenience.

“Banks are making necessary arrangements to minimise inconvenience to customers. However, depending upon the circumstances, branch/office services may be affected during the proposed strike period,” the communication said.
