Croí to host free cardiovascular health checks in Letterkenny this month

Irish heart and stroke charity Croí are bringing its Mobile Health Hub to Letterkenny as a part of Croí’s World Heart Month ‘Heartfest’ activities.
The Mobile Health Hub will be at Letterkenny Public Service Centre on Thursday, 24th September from 10am to 4pm, providing free blood pressure and cholesterol checks.
The visit will also include free CPR demonstrations, giving members of the community the opportunity to learn more about how they could respond in a cardiac emergency and potentially save a life.
During this World Heart Month, Croi is encouraging people to know their numbers, and to take proactive steps to protect their heart health.
