Crime drama KIN to return to RTÉ next year
The Irish crime drama 'KIN' is set to return to RTÉ for a third season following a production hiatus caused by the bankruptcy of its former co-producer. The show, which gained international popularity on Netflix and the BBC, will continue to follow the Kinsella crime family.

Dublin crime drama KIN will return to RTÉ television next year after going off air in 2023 due to the collapse of Canadian co-producer Bron Studios.
The news comes as RTÉ announces its new television drama schedule, which is described as the station's biggest-ever drama offering and also includes the return of The Walsh Sisters and the debut of Tall Tales & Murder , a new "darkly comedic drama" from LOVE/HATE creator Stuart Carolan.
Co-created by Peter McKenna and Ciaran Donnelly, KIN debuted on RTÉ One in September 2021 and followed the activities of the Kinsellas, a fictional Dublin crime family embroiled in gangland war, with Aidan Gillen, Clare Dunne, and Ciarán Hinds among the cast.
