CRDA allocates 7.97 acres to Sancta Maria International School in Amaravati
The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority has allotted nearly 8 acres of land to St. Mary’s Educational Society for a new international school in Amaravati. The project is part of a broader effort to improve social infrastructure in the state's capital region.

The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has allotted 7.97 acres of land at Thulluru village to St. Mary’s Educational Society, registered in 1981, for establishing Sancta Maria International School in Amaravati.
The land has been allotted on a freehold basis under the Amaravati Land Allotment Rules and Regulations, 2017, with each acre priced at ₹50 lakh. The total land cost works out to be ₹3.99 crore.
The project has been categorised under the Social Development objective and is expected to strengthen Amaravati’s educational ecosystem by providing quality education and international learning opportunities for students there.
