Fianna F il councillor Fionn n Fitzgerald has asked Uisce ireann to consider putting more tankers in place, with supply disrupted in many parts of Kerry.
A burst water main is affecting supply to Kerins Park, Cloghers, Kerries, Fenit, Spa Rd, Caherslee, Knockawadra, Clogherbrien, Blennerville, Hare Street, Ardfert, Firies, Flemby, Ballyseedy, Currans, Castlemaine, Castleisland, Kilsarkin and surrounding areas.
Water tankers are available from 6pm in Fenit by the playground, at the RSA office on Spa Road in Tralee, and at Desmonds GAA Club in Castleisland.
Uisce ireann is again advising people to boil water taken from one of its tankers before consumption as a precaution.
