KLUANG: A college student was accused in the Magistrate's Court here Friday (Aug 7) on a charge of killing her newborn baby girl at a house here last week.
Nurshazwen Mohd Idris, 19, nodded in understanding after the charge was read out before Magistrate Nurasidah A. Rahman.
No confession was recorded from the woman as the murder case falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court.
According to the charge, Nurshazwen is charged with killing the baby girl she gave birth to at a house at Jalan Setia Mutiara 2/6, Taman Setia Mutiara here at about 10am, July 29.
