Col. Edith Nakalema, head of the State House Investors Protection Unit in Uganda, has launched a book titled 'My Father and I.' The memoir honors her late father, Rev. Eliasaph Sserwadda, highlighting his role in her upbringing and his early use of kangaroo mother care.
