The Coimbatore Corporation has renovated its inspection bungalow near the Central Zone office in Race Course in the city at a cost of ₹50 lakh.

According to the Corporation, the bunglow which had remained unused for several years, was renovated by the Coimbatore Corporation. The works began last year and were completed before the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly election.

Spread over about 4,500 sq. ft., the two-storey building has two suite rooms on the first floor and three rooms on the second floor.
