CODEO urges President Mahama to demonstrate consistency with previously stated position on electoral reforms

The Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO) has called on President John Dramani Mahama to ensure the independence of Ghana's Electoral Commission by requesting the resignation of Deputy Chairperson Emelia Afi Agbenyo. CODEO cites her previous political involvement with the NDC as a conflict of interest that undermines public trust.
