CNN, MS NOW, Politico regain access to White House

A federal judge has ordered President Trump to restore White House access to CNN, MS NOW and Politico after he banned the media outlets from the premises. Hours later, the media announced they had been granted access.

The ruling came in response to a lawsuit filed by the news organizations contesting the ban, which was issued on September 18.

In his order, District Judge Tim Kelly said the ban was likely unconstitutional.

Kelly said his order must remain in place for 14 days.
