CM to distribute house regularisation pattas to 24,057 families in Vijayawada on September 30

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will distribute house regularisation pattas to 24,057 families in Vijayawada on September 30 providing full ownership rights to beneficiaries of house sites under the ‘Pedalaku Pattabhishekam’ programme.

Under this, land worth an estimated ₹9,800 crore would be regularised, and each beneficiary family would get assets valued at approximately ₹40 lakh, according to an official release.

It was stated that the distribution of regularisation pattas would provide a permanent solution to the decades-old issue of house-site pattas that remained a major electoral issue in Vijayawada.

Recently, the Chief Minister distributed regularisation pattas to 28,445 families in Visakhapatnam, conferring full rights over land valued at ₹8,874 crore.

The pattas to be distributed on September 30 would benefit families across eight Assembly constituencies and 15 mandals in NTR and Krishna districts.
