Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Deputy Floor Leader T. Harish Rao on Sunday demanded that the State government immediately clear the pending fee reimbursement dues and ensure that colleges release certificates to students who have completed their courses.

In a statement, Mr. Harish Rao said several students had approached him, complaining that college managements were withholding their certificates due to the government’s failure to clear fee reimbursement dues. Many of them, despite completing engineering and other degree courses and securing jobs, were unable to join their organisations as they did not have their certificates, he said.
