NEW DELHI: The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), which has been protesting at Jantar Mantar, has called for a march to Parliament on Monday, the opening day of the Monsoon Session.However, sources said the organisation has not yet approached Delhi Police for permission to hold the march.The protest march was announced earlier by activist Sonam Wangchuk, who was shifted to Safdarjung Hospital on Saturday morning following concerns over his health.Officials indicated that any request for permission at this stage would face significant hurdles because of heightened security arrangements around Parliament.Delhi Police enforces prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), formerly Section 144 of the CrPC, in the New Delhi district during Parliament sessions.The restrictions prohibit gatherings of four or more people, unauthorised rallies and the carrying of weapons, particularly around Parliament House and India Gate.The Monsoon Session of Parliament is scheduled to begin on July 20…
