CII-CEL Business Transformation programme held in Hosur

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) along with CII’s Centre of Excellence on Employment and Livelihood (CEL) organised a Business Transformation Programme for entrepreneurs in Hosur. The two-day programme, supported by NatWest Group, focused on practical aspects of running a business, including sustainable growth, marketing, financial management, cash flow, sales strategy, team building, technology and artificial intelligence.
Addressing the Valedictory Session, Collector C. Dinesh Kumar, urged the entrepreneurs to adopt new technologies, maintain financial discipline and focus on sustainable growth for their ventures. He emphasised the importance of financial discipline and urged entrepreneurs to embrace technological advancements and their judicial usage to improve their business performance.
The Collector also briefed the participants on the various government support schemes available to entrepreneurs, including subsidies, interest support and loan schemes, tailor-made for women entrepreneurs. He requested to them to approach the District Industries Centre to understand the benefits applicable to their businesses.
