Designed in partnership with AJ Capital Partners, Hotel 1928 has three floors, 33 bedrooms, two restaurants, and a café. It officially opened in November 2023, and a series about the renovation, "Fixer Upper: The Hotel," aired in conjunction with the opening to take fans inside the project.
