Child dead, two other children and woman fighting for life in alleged Blue Mountains stabbing

A child has been found dead inside a car, while two others and a woman are fighting for life after a stabbing in the Blue Mountains.

Police say the children and woman are in a critical condition and have undergone surgery.

Police are urging anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
