Chief Minister inaugurates IAP House

Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan inaugurated the new Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) House in Cochin on Sunday. The facility will serve as the headquarters for the IAP Cochin Chapter and house the 'Arike' pediatric palliative care unit.

Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan inaugurated the official building of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) Cochin Chapter here on Sunday (October 12). The IAP House, located behind the Kaloor metro station, will also be home to the ‘Arike’ Pain and Palliative Care Unit, which focusses on pediatric palliative care.
Hibi Eden, MP, delivered the keynote address. Mohammed Shiyas, MLA, was present.
